"Hurricane Irene damaged our brick steps and broke one of the handrails. Mr. Williams responded quickly with an estimate in the same range as another estimate. Our sidewalk leading to the steps was also in need of replacement so I also hired him to replace the sidewalk. He completed the entire project in one day. He cleaned the brick steps and restored their appearance to as close to new as possible. He (and I) did overlook one brick joint where the form for the sidewalk was built but he returned to complete the 5 minute job. I hired Virginia Railing and Gates in Ashland to fabricate a new hand rail. They also did an excellent job."
